Wadi Rum, Jordan

For my 30th birthday, I spent the day and overnight trekking through the desert at Wadi Rum, famous for its incredible colours and serenity, as well as the site where Thomas Edward Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia) awaited with the Arabs for their revolt against the Ottomans.  It was an amazing time and I was glad to spend that day with Niki, Petur, Greg and Jacorry.  Sleeping under stars, in the desert, will forever be one of my  favourite memories of all time.  What a special birthday!
