Beirut, Lebanon

Leaving early in the morning from Damascus, it took almost 5 hours to finally make it to Beirut. The border crossings were busy and inconvenient, but I was able to meet some kind people – Stephanie, Angela, Vlad, and Dragana. Our hostel was not that far from the bus station, but it was a pain to find because the address in the Lonely Planet did not match its actual location because they moved. Once we found it, the hostel turned out to be in a great location because it was close to Gemmayze, the Central District, and the Corniche. It was great to meet up with Sevan, as well as make great friends with Vlad, Dragana, (from Serbia) and Michael (from Paris).
