Shiraz was my last stop in Iran. On top of its famous grape (and hence wine), Shiraz is also well known as the heartland of Persian culture. It took me a little over an hour to orient myself and find the Karim Khan-e Zand Boulevard. From there, it was easy to navigate myself to the Arg-e Karim Khan, the Bazaar-e Vakil, and eventually to the tombs of the Persian poets Hafez and Sa’di.
