In contrast to the ancient beauty of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv was in many ways a modern city. We were there primarily to enjoy the Mediterranean beaches. Indeed the water was clean and warm, and notwithstanding the jellyfish, the waters were the best on this trip. Niki, Petur and I met up with Greg and Jacorry, as well as Wilson, on the Western shores of Israel. We were able to enjoy the Tel Aviv Museum of Art as well as watch the European Finals (Spain v. Germany) on the seaside!
