I was not disappointed with this picturesque ancient Phoenician town along the Mediterranean Sea. We visited a Byzantine church and took in the citadel and its surrounding ruins. It was very satisfying to take a dip in the sea and watch the sun set after a long day of walking and exploring northern Lebanon.
